Trying to flag changes where the value under JOB column is the same, but value under PAT column is different. What is the Excel 2010 formula to achieve this? **See attachment
*If values in PAT are the same and job number is the same, I’d like a N. Where the values under JOB are the same and the values in PAT different, I’d like a Y.

Thanks for your tremendous assistance.
