Go to the home page in chrome, select F2 and you will see the developer tools open up either on the side or bottom of the screen

Select the resources tab and expand cookies. Right click on the entry www.dice.com and select clear. You can clear the other cookie here too if you like.

Refresh the page. The location data should now be gone

Now try again

Open Internet Explorer.

Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.

On the Security tab, click the Custom level button.

Scroll down the Security Settings list until you see Scripting and Active scripting.

Click Enable, click OK, and then click OK again.

The problem show up only when I type keyword and zip code and then hit the Enter

I cleared all related cookies items etc on IE, but the problem is till there. After I started the dice, some key word of location is still there. so i think maybe I did not cleared cookies etc completely due to some reasons

I did not find dice in Cookies based on what you said, I cleared all of them. But that key word is still there. However that problem is gone. and I tried anther PC, it also work well without clearing cookies. It could be web site problem. Anyway, i think you so much for your effort.
