Citrix Webinterface issue

I have two pass through Citrix websites configured on a server. One of site is working fine but other one is prompting for  windows credentials. Both are configured pass-through. Can you guys help me.

Make sure all the citrix servers able DC's. Did you verified the pass through settings with correct and make sure it same. You can set the same using the group policy http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX134280

I found the solution, the issue was with IIS settings. For website, I unchecked the "Enable Kernal-mode authentication" in advance properties for windows authentication option of website.
