I have a client with a iPhone 6, first, she can't get it to sync with the Outlook 2010 calendar, after removing iTune, cleaned registry, all fine, except when reinstalling iTune (latest), she would lose all internet connection, therefore no net, no email, removing iTune will restore the connection.

First, what caused iTune to kill off the internet connection ?
Second, is there any known, easy method to connect Outlook2010 CAL to iPhone ? I know one should turn of iCloud as it may try to sync with the Apple CAL instead.

Thanks

cleaned registry <-- Generally not a good idea.

Try this:

To uninstall iTunes (Windows 7/8), go to Control Panel > Programs and Features:

Uninstall the following in order as shown:

iTunes
Quick Time
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support

Restart the computer.

Remove the folder:

C:\Users\jdhurst\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes

Now install the latest version of iTunes

See if this restores iTunes to proper operation.
