What are the equivalent to admin permissions in exchange 2013 "on-premise" servers. In previous version it seemed to be "organisation management".
What tools/consoles are typically used for monitoring/managing exchanges 2013 "on-premise" (i.e. for SQL Server you have SQL Management studio).
Likewise for Exchange 365, what tools/consoles are used to manage and administer your cloud mailboxes? And are their a degree of different permissions for that environment? If so what is the equivalent to admin permissions (i..e highest level of account).
