How do you authenticate a user to post status updates to Twitter and Facebook?

PHP is a widely-used server-side scripting language especially suited for web development, powering tens of millions of sites from Facebook to personal WordPress blogs. By utilizing different Server APIs, PHP can work on many different web servers as a server-side scripting language.

Similarly, the "@" sign followed by a username is used for mentioning or replying to other users. The service's application programming interface (API) allows other web services and applications to integrate with Twitter.

After registering to use the site, users can create a user profile, add other users as "friends", exchange messages, post status updates and photos and receive notifications when others update their profiles. Additionally, users may join common-interest user groups, organized by workplace, school or college, or other characteristics, and categorize their friends into lists such as "People From Work" or "Close Friends".
