Hi guys

i have this one user who is having constant printing issues. I am thinking as its only her, maybe best to delete and recreate her.

To do this can i do below

Delete existing user (and delete her mailbox)
Create new user
Link the existing mailbox to her? (is there a link on this?) as want to make sure when i delete the mailbox at step 1, i dont completely delete her off and lose her emails)
and test

What is the version of your exchange server.
Disable the mailbox. It will put the mailbox in disconnected state.
Create a new user account.
Connect the disconnected mailbox to new user.

We are using exchange 2010. I created a dummy account, tried disabling but it wasn't showing in the disconnected area. I believe i need to run a cmdlet to make it appear? will this affect other users?
