Hi,

We use Outlook 2010 running on Windows 7.

We have a user who has built her Outlook Junk mail filter's blocked list that contains around 1000 entries.  She told me even her blocked list already includes domains/email addresses of the mails she does not want, they still got in to her mailbox.

Is there a limitation of the size of her blocked list?  If yes, is there a way to increase?

Please advise  your though.

Thanks.

Yes there is a limit to the size to all of the Junk E-mail lists (i.e. Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, Blocked Senders, etc) which can be at most 510KB in size.

This size limit can be increased but it needs to be done on your Exchange server itself. See this article for the steps to do this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2669081

Was her junk filter working previously and just stopped working out of nowhere?
