Office 2013 ribbon button icons

I've been customising the office ribbon.  For some of my custom buttons I would like to use an image (eg. the printer) that is currently available in office.  It is possible to work through buttons individually but that takes quite some time up.

I've been able to find a list of commands and their numerical ID's but not a list of the image and corresponding command name.  :-(

So.  Where is there a listing of all the button images and corresponding command name ?

Along those lines but I'd also like the command name rather than number.
That is for outlook 2000.  I would like specifically word 2013 but another office 2013 app might well be suitable - lots of buttons are common.
(I'll also look at the code snippet in that link, maybe it could be of use)
