User/home folders in WEBDAV

Is it possible in Webdav to display network users home directories?

I can definitely add a static share but is it possible to add a share along the lines of \\StaffServer\%Username%

We have over two thousand users and I don't want to have to add two thousand separate Webdav shares.

Surely this is possible?

Thanks in advance
