HI ,

What are all the possible events or event ids which indicates issues regarding mail flow(internal/external)
What are the events needs to be checked in case of mail stuck for entire organization as per below structure.

4- Mailbox server
2-CAS / HUB
2- Edge

Log onto the  EMC - tools - mail queue
There you will see if mail is suck and will give you details about the errors.
You can cross reference the errors in the event viewer, if you are setting up some kind of trigger.
