Hello

the type of changes needed to 'make' a asp? web site suitable for mobile depneds on the web application itself and where it is hosted. Some hosting provide automatic  mobile web represenations of the web site.

Search g00gle for "asp net desktop mobile" and you find http://www.hanselman.com/blog/MakingASwitchableDesktopAndMobileSiteWithASPNETMVC4AndJQueryMobile.aspx and https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/hh852592.aspx and more...

and, no, I do not know any service offerings for this general request.

As said, most web frameworks offer built in solutions to serve as desktop and mobile web site.

Please send more details about the app and the host if you need further assistance.
