FM - Problem Printing Color from Filemaker

In a Windows environment, suddenly our print script to our color printer prints in B&W (see screen print for script).  Haven't updated Filemaker, haven't updated the color printer driver or even the print server's windows environment since the last successful color print a month ago.  Deleted and re-added the Print Setup and Print steps you see in the script, but still prints in B&W.  Color printer has enough ink for each of the 3 colors.  Any suggestions?  Prints B&W on 3 different PCs, one of which has the latest Windows upgrades and 1 that hasn't had any for a year.

Try Printing from another application and checking the setting. Then try printing manually from any screen in FileMaker and again, check the setting and make sure it's he default IN the Print dialog. If you use the Print script step without "Restore" it should use whatever are the current settings. You can also have the Print dialog appear in the course of running the script and again check and confirm that it's set to color. If it's still printing B&W when it's set to color in all those instances, then something else is  going on.

1) Checked settings and it is on automatic.  Printed from Word in color and other sw and it works fine, just not in FM.
2) Manually printed from a different color layout and checked settings before printing and still prints B&W.
3) Tried printing without the Restore and still B&W.

Suspected that the printer driver on the server may have been updated, so deleted printer driver on various PCs and added it back and color printing worked fine.
