crysta report parameter error

I am in process of creating Crystal  report CRXI R2. Everything  went ok  on my pc I can enter all parameters and run report without problem.
But on PC of another user report gave error. We went step by step in design the report from scratch to see when error  happens, error on users PC started  at  the moment when I entered first dynamic parameter in report and tried to refresh. This user PC was ok before and,  he could run similar reports without problem.
This parameter that makes problem is  dynamic and is based on string field and could have multiple values.
In report I have one static parameter named “Field Sort” in which I enter list of fields name which I want to sort by, later on I use this parameter ” Field Sort” in formulas  to do sorting asc. and desc. order on those four fields . With this parameter present report run without problem but when I entered this dynamic parameter problem start on that user PC.
This is error:
Prompting failed with the following error message: ’List of Values failure: fail to get values.[Cause of error: Error in File:
The request could not be submitted for background processing.]
Error source: prompt.dll Error Code: 0x8004380D

Not sure, but I do not believe that is 2008 or newer. Maybe CR 10 or 9.
I can check next day, but similar report run before on that PC without issue.
CR 10 and before don't support dynamic parameters.

As the PC in question run reports with dynamic parameter before without problem , in that case I assume that it is XI R2 too.
Verify the version.

The Cannot be submitted for background processing is a generic error message and is difficult to pin down.

I'll see what I can find.
