add sender to safe sender list server side

We have an item that is getting marked as Junk by outlook and it seems that simply telling the local outlook client that the message is not junk and to never block the sender is too much for some of my users so I need to know how to add addresses to the safe list "server side" so it will not be marked as junk for anyone.

two ways - registry or group policy (you need the appropriate ADM file for group policy) a complete walkthrough and registry settings are available @ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2252421
