WORD 2003, how to change background color black to white or other ?

In WORD 2003, the whole picture background is black, how to change the black into white or other ? thank you

Thank you for your fast reply. I did it based on what you said, but it does not work for my picture. however it indeed is able to change background. It looks like my picture in WORD 2003 is black itself. I do not know if any ways can change the whole black background color in the picture into others. Thanks again

Apologies, I thought you wanted to change the background of the page, not a picture.  Can you get to the formatting options for the picture?
