Hello Experts - I'm stumped.

Server running SBS 2011.  Client workstation running Windows 7 64-bit.

Trying to add a shared Xerox Color 560 printer returns error:
Connect to Printer
Windows cannot connect to the printer
Operation failed with error 0x000003eb.

Trying to add it with a direct IP returns error:
Unable to install printer. Operation could not be completed (error 0x000003eb).

There are other machines which have had no issues connecting.  Server spooler and client spooler have been restarted.
Client PC drivers have been deleted.
We've tested with alternate drivers.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Check services make sure windows installer service set to manual if so then try:

Backup registry before you do anything!!!!

Stop "Print Spooler" service first

Then base on your platform delete all keys below the version-3
 for 32 bit
 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3

for 64 bit
 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3

 go to the folder "3"
 C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3
 rename it to "3.old"

Start the "Print Spooler" again and install your printers
