You cannot power on the Virtual Machine, because for every virtual machine, there is a SWAP file (VSWAP) which is created on the datastore equal to memory in the virtual machine. (or equal to the reserved memory!).

1. Either Power off VMs, thus free-ing up datastore space.

2. Increase datastore space.

3. Create a reserved memory reservation.

4. Reduce memory in the Virtual Machine.

1, 3, and 4 ,may not be possible, so increase your datastore storage.

5. Reloctae the vSWAP file to another datastore, that has free space.

Looks like you need 2GB of SWAP space!

Is your datastore full  or low ?

see here

Powering on a virtual machine fails with the error: Failed to extend swap file from 0 KB to xxxx KB (2030250)

I also answered a question here on EE, with the same issue...
