Office 365 Migrations -  Can anyone confirm that the only time an EXISTING Outlook profile can be AUTOMATICALLY reconfigured is during a hybrid migration?

My question asks will AutoDiscover/AutoConfigure AUTOMATICALLY reconfigure an EXISTING Outlook profile after cutting over from on-premise to Office 365 migration (other than Hybrid Migrations)?

Define 'other than Hybrid migration'? In every other case, you provision a NEW mailbox object, with new GUID, etc. Thus autodiscover and every other setting will be different.

Thank you for your reply.
Meaning staged migrations and cutover migrations or any other migration other then a hybrid/coexistence migration.  This is specifically referring to the auto configuration of the existing Outlook profile. In other words not having to create a new profile.

You will have to create new one in any other case.
