After changing the menu breakpoint in Bootstrap 3, the hamburger drop down menu just flashes, but does not remain open, on the display. &nbsp;What do &nbsp;I need to change to get this menu to behave normally?<br />

After changing the menu breakpoint in Bootstrap 3, the hamburger drop down menu just flashes, but does not remain open, on the display.  What do  I need to change to get this menu to behave normally?

How can I get the mobile menu to display correctly in Bootstrap 3 after changing the breakpoint to 1013 px.
