getting unexpected error "0x80070190" when submitting microsoft MAK key over the Internet

Have multiple office 2010 licenses  thru Microsoft license  center. After install software I tried to activate via the Internet and get the above error code

That error (or one like it) can pop up because of UAC. Try running the same process with an Elevated Command Prompt (Run as Administrator).  If unable to do this, turn UAC off (TEMPORARILY), activate and then re-enable UAC.
