Change all fields in a mysql database.

I wonder how I can change all the boxes below (WORLD). I wanna change all the boxes names from "world" into "oldworld"

Go in SQL tab and write

"UPDATE plotmeAllowed SET world='oldworld'";

and click Execute: This will change all records in the table.
