Set-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration -Identity Helpdesk -AutoReplyState Enabled -InternalMessage "Internal auto-reply message." -ExternalMessage "Thank you for contacting our help desk. One of our help desk employees will contact you within 24 hours"

Best way to accomplish this is using a Transport Rule in Exchange 2013.

Used the link below to create a transport rule for Exchange 2013 for auto reply.

@Will Szymkowski - I cannot see any way to do this on transport rule in exchange 2013.

@David Johnson, CD (IT-Expert-Pro MVP) - will this cause for message loop ?

will this cause for message loop only if you send from the helpdesk to the helpdesk so you may want to not use the internal users
