Exchange 2013 auto reply

Hi all,

we have an requirement , we have exchange 2013 and DL call Help Desk. We should have an solution for when somebody send email to help desk DL he should receive acknowledge saying subject " Thanks you for contacting Help Desk.

Best way to accomplish this is using a Transport Rule in Exchange 2013.

@Will Szymkowski - I cannot see any way to do this on transport rule in exchange 2013.

@David Johnson, CD (IT-Expert-Pro MVP) - will this cause for message loop ?
will this cause for message loop only if you send from the helpdesk to the helpdesk so you may want to not use the internal users
