Does anyone the existence of a FREE database/link that allow me to search people using their email please ?

I have found that Googling an email address works pretty well, but I don't know of a free site that is equivalent to Spokeo and trustworthy. Spokeo has a deal going now for $3.95/month for a 6-month membership, which is pretty reasonable as business expenses go, but it's not zero. :)

If you Google "free reverse email lookup", you'll get plenty of hits, including EmailSherlock (cute name!), but I don't know what's safe and what isn't. You could check the reputation/safety of the free sites here, which itself is free and safe:
http://www.urlvoid.com/
