Hi,

There are several reasons due to which image in the message shows as an attachment or displayed in the paperclip icon. Some reasons are like Mail Recipient is using another mail client, Mail is received in Plain Text format not in HTML format, Virus scanner Integration.

To prevent signature shows as an attachment, there is no matter which mail client is used by the recipient. You just place your signature picture on to the web server and in place of sending picture of signature within each message, link to the picture in your signature.

In Outlook 2003 and its below versions
Right click in the signature editor and choose the option “Insert image”. Then, in the picture source field type the image URL.

For Outlook 2007 / Outlook 2010
In the Signature Editor use the picture icon and, in the File Name field type the image URL. Click the down arrow from the insert button and choose Link to File Option.

Hi Monika
Thank you for your response.

Take note:-
Mails are sent out via HTML format, then Exclaimer embeds the Signature through the exchange transport service. When the email arrives on Iphone/Android devices, the signature arrives as designed. However when a user forwards a message from an Iphone (Only, android works[Does not break look and feel]) , the mail arrives  with a broken signature (As shown Above).

Thank you for your alternative solution, however as mentioned we are using Exclaimer due to Business requirements.
