I have no code to go by, as I am just getting my feet wet with crystal reports.  I have a report that I need to change Text9.Text when the report is loaded.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!  I am using vb.net.

Thanks in advance

to get your feet wet, have a look at http://emoreau.com/Entries/Articles/2006/09/Feeding-Crystal-Reports-from-your-application.aspx and http://emoreau.com/Entries/Articles/2006/10/Crystal-Reports--Part-II.aspx

for your specific issue, check the section "Passing a value to a report object" from the first link
