I will be needing to migrate an implementation of Sharepoint as part of a Domain restructuring. old-domain.local will be migrated to new-domain.local. I may be re-addressing this server to a new IP range as well.. Has anyone been through this? What should I worry about?

Take backup of the database and sites.Copy the users from old domain to new domain.Stop all the SharePoint services on the server.
Remove the server from existing domain and join to the new domain.
Start the SharePoint services and run the command stsadm -o migrateuser for all service accounts used by SharePoint and the normal users users to get migrated to the new domain.
Ip range shouldn't be a problem unless and until the server is able to find and ping the DC Server, DNS Server and SQL server for SharePoint.
