I'm getting this error and can not receive email from anywhere.
However I can send email OK. Its the receiving part.

Please check your receive connector and enable anonymous access on receive connector to receive mails. please refer below article

I checked my receive connectors and they have anonymous access. It may have something to do with my Email appliance not forwarding to the correct server since I migrated over. I'm checking that now.

It was a configuration issue on my appliance causing the issue. I've seen this error before thinking it was a problem else where. All done here.
