PublicFoldertoMailboxMapGenerator.ps1 creates map with more than 50 Mailboxes

In my case, the PowerShell script for Public Folder migration, PublicFoldertoMailboxMapGenerator.ps1 creates a map with more than 50 Mailboxes. 62 to be exact.
I broke it up into 6GB chunks with this command:
.\PublicFolderToMailboxMapGenerator.ps1 6442450944 c:\pfscripts\stats.csv c:\pfscripts\map.csv which was just larger than the largest mailbox.  We have just under 6000 Public Folders - just under 300 GB of total Public Folder data.
My questions are:

1.

Do I need to modify the script to make sure I get less than 50 mailboxes in the CSV mapping file - and how do I do that?

2.

What should I name the primary public folder (in this script: New-Mailbox -PublicFolder PFMailbox -HoldForMigration:$true) - best practice or suggestions perhaps?
