Perform test email autoconfiguration from the outlook client and autodiscover will give you the URL for each of the services. <br />
Check all the URL's Entries is present on the certificate or not. <br />

I have an exchange 2010 server with 50 staff connected to it and all using Outlook for email. Recently, some of the clients are receiving a certificate popup on launching Outlook as well as sometimes a 'there is a problem with your servers proxy server' message at the same time.<br />

Nothing has changed in Exchange and I have run through a microsoft kb <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940726" rel="ugc nofollow">http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940726</a>&nbsp;but this has not helped the issue.<br />

Does anyone have any ideas??<br />
