Hi
We have a Mitel 3300 VOIP with 50 handsets attached. We currently have a voice recording solution that works well, but it is now in need of upgrading. Before I proceed I wanted to get some views on any solutions others maybe used.

Thanks

Are you staying with the existing phone system or is that changing allow with how voice is delivered?

What would your requirements for a recording system be, what and how you would like it to work based on your experience with the current system.
Web based access, alerts, review option, etc.

Hi
Yes existing phone system will be staying. Current requirements are very basic , we can install a client on desktop PC's that allows us to search for calls by date and time.

Thanks

telstrat is a web based with AD/windows integration authentication options along with other capabilities (including archiving option to a separate sql/Storage).  You would need to check with them on how it will be tied in with your system.

DLI (digital-loggers.com) has a client
