I am working with a small business that has a need for some email client functions that are normally only available for larger businesses.
Specifically, the assistant would like to have a common contacts list and would like to be able to review and clean out the owners email box in the morning.
Right now they are getting email through a simple Outlook 2013 setup via an AT&T corporate domain setup for the company (Owner@clientBusiness.com). The contact list is part of the owners .PST file on his computer and each of the two users has their own email delivered to their desktop via POP3.
I know there are cloud options, but I am only used to seeing those for larger businesses.
Not sure what options are available for smaller businesses like this.
