There are thousands of SaaS providers that have solutions for almost any business function you want.
SaaS is a way to buy a business function as a service instead of as a license, and not having to install, maintain and deploy your own infrastructure.
The prime example is Salesforce, that were among the successful pioneers of CRM services.
Yahoo, Microsoft, Zoho, Google are all SaaS providers too.

If you want to know about SaaS in manufacturing, for example, try googling "saas manufacturing" :)
