Did some updates install on the server recently? Try running the UpdateCas.ps1 script which can be found in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin directory.

- Open the Exchange Management Shell
- Type in cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin"
- Type .\UpdateCas1.ps1 then hit Enter
