Hello,

Can someone please help with this script?

' Hide the progress dialog

Set oTSProgressUI = CreateObject("Microsoft.SMS.TSProgressUI")
oTSProgressUI.CloseProgressDialog
Set oTSProgressUI = Nothing

‘ Msg box to Display the msg

MsgBox "Windows 7 Operating System deployed Successfully."& vbCrLf & vbCrLf & _
"Please click OK To logon to your computer", 64, "Operating System Deployment Successful"

Script is attached too, I'm wanting to use this for SCCM to display a dialogue box when the task sequence completes.

Here's how I found the script: http://venusingireddy.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/osd-complete-msg-box-in-task-sequence.html

I'm having issues with it, got an error 'ActiveX component can't create object:Microsoft.SMS.TSProgressUI' on Windows 8.1

Thanks

This code will not work unless itis  run during a task sequence. If you try to test it on your machine outside of this you get the error listed

Microsoft.SMS.TSEnvironment is the COM object used by Operating System Deployment in ConfigMgr 07 to expose task sequence variables. It is only available during a task sequence and is typically easy to access using built in task sequence tasks and conditions or automation aware scripting languages like VBScript.
