Outlook 2010 Rules Stopped running Automatically

I have several rules that were running great

I noticed the other day that the they stopped running automatically


If I do a select all rules and manually run they work fine


Any ideas???

Only thing I could think of is that I did work from home one day and did a remote desk top to my pc through a vpn

Try running the /cleanrules switch with Outlook to remove any potentially corrupt rules. You may want to back up your rules first if you have a large amount of them, which will then allow you to import them back into Outlook.

I tried the steps in the article but unfortunately it did not fix the issue

I still have to run the rules manually
