On a windows pc in Outlook, you can go to Tools > options > mail setup > Send/Receive >Send/Receive Groups. Here you can set automatic send and receive times. Where is this on the Mac Outlook?  On our Mac we have to hit send and receive , or close outlook and re-open it.?  Can anyone point us to the right place?

On my 2011 version: Look at Tools/Schedules. Double-click on the 'send receive all' to amend the schedule.
