SharePoint 2013 docx document disapear after edit properties
We have a document library where we upload all the minutes. When I click Edit Properties of one document and Submit changes document disappears from that library.
There is an error message:
Sorry, something went wrong File Not Found.
Under Technical details get:
Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
Correlation ID: 9ac1e89c-351a-3020-96a2-6a 723bf387f0
Date and Time: 11.2.2015 19:35:37
When I go back to the library the document is not there anymore. I checked Drop of library, Recycle bin and Recycle bin in Central Administration. I was searching in Windows Explorer on the server for this file and it couldn't find anything.
In the Site content" view the document count was showing that the library contained more documents than in the view.
Versioning is disabled.
Can you please help me getting this file back and how should I fix this problem.
Thank you.

Is there any filtering in the view that might hide the file based on the new properties?
What error is in the ULS logs for that correlation iD? (http://zimmergren.net/technical/sp-2010-find-error-messages-with-a-correlation-id-token-in-sharepoint-2010)
btw you wouldn't be able to find the file on the server. It gets serialized to a database not held in the file system. (Unless specific options like RBS have been enabled)
Try opening explorer view from the ribbon in that library and see if you see the file that way.

Thank you for both replies.
We are using: SharePoint 2013
Major Minor Build Revision
----- ----- ----- --------
15 0 4641 1000
The Query for error log is running and I'll post it ASAP.
There is one workflow to choose Entity where uploded document should go. No limited permission and stardand McAfee antivirus for the whole company.
Itried opening explorer but I don't see file there.

Just a quick check ; look at the data drive for your sql server and ensure there is free disk space

I created another library and I'm able to upload documents there. I can edit properties normally.

Please find attached log report. I hope it helps find this file.

I'm not seeing the correlation id you mentioned in that log.
For the recurrent error about "useragent not available, file operations may not be optimized" see this, and try to flush cache;
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/dc0cfcf5-9ace-4582-8ec9-1419e2267388/for-each-page-request-sp-2013-logs-useragent-not-available-file-operations-may-not-be?forum=sharepointgeneral
For the error about cannot find the file specified, I'd try an IIS Reset first off.

I did IIS reset but I'm still missing document. Is there any way I could recover document.
Since this seems to be library specific, two options;
Could you create a new library and migrate the content there?
Could you save the library as template without content and upload here so we can look for irregularities?

which (exact) SharePoint version and edition?
Are there any other workflows running? Any programmatic event receiver? Any limited permissions? Any Anti-Virus programs?
Thanks.
