hi
can i edit or modify the pages that are automatically gnenerated when making a new asp.net webapplication or webForm?
even the buttons have only CommandName to them no events whatsoever! i need to add code to the button beside its original function which i will not edit, i mean like the register page i would like to add two more fields like for example license number and ID or somthing...

is it possible?

thanks

Extending the membership provider is relatively easy https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/44w5aswa%28v=vs.100%29.aspx

great example actually i needed your solution for another thing actually, many thanks, but what i was pertaining to was the actual aspnet_Users DB, (not in particular) but i mean the DB that visual studio creates, when i drag a createUserWizard for instance, i would like to add to that whole MSSql DB created by visual studio and in turn to that particular createUserWizard  or other asp.net controls or wizards a textbox and its value shall interact with the DB schema created automatically, so im not sure if there is a way and im scared to play with that DB, i thought of making another table or DB and creating views and referencing keys from different tables with enforcements, but im not really knowledgeable in this aspect, so do you think there is a way or is the latter idea fine?

Many thanks David.
