Without complicating things, you can save a url as an icon on your phone/tablet so that when you click it, a browser opens the corresponding url.<br />

On the otherhand you can convert your html site to a full blown app using phonegap for both Apple / Android devices.<br />

How will the end user interface with your site? Depending on the purpose of what you're using jQuery mobile for makes a huge difference.
