exchange 2013 mailbox move doesn't move

I am migrating from Exchange 2010 to 2013.  I have moved all but one of my mailboxes.  The last one is used for journaling and is currently 65 GB.  I can't get it to move.  I have set my bad items count to the maximum.  I have set size limits to unlimited on the Exchange 2013 server.  I get a notification e-mail very quickly saying the batch was successful but the mailbox doesn't move.  On the migration page total, synced, finalized and failed all show 0.  In the event log I get:

Are you running the move from the command line or the GUI. I've had better luck via the command line in cases like that. Forgive me if that question is answered in your post.
