One Note Issue

Hello,

I have a cohort here who every time she logs onto a computer for the first time, One Note pops up and asks her if she wants to print something to One Note.  I logged onto a computer the other day and noticed all of these ghosted printers in Devices and Printers.  I checked the queues on them and they all had jobs stuck in them.  Several of them were jobs from my cohort via remote desktop?  Has anyone ever seen this before and how can I help my cohort out and discontinue this madness?

Thanks

A recent Office Update can cause One Note to become the default printer with the result you see. Change the default printer back to a good printer and the problem should disappear. On one computer, I had to reinstall the default printer (no big deal) and all was well.

This seems to have done the trick.

Thank you
