Why the "Print Current Form" button only prints the form header?

PROBLEM
Only the header of the current form is printing?

DESCRIPTION
I used the built in function to "Print the current form" See attached image.
Only the header of the current form is printing.

I would expect because the button is in the Header section of the Form.

However, you really should not print Forms, and instead should create a Report for printing.
