How to query from Dynamo DB using python module boto (AWS SDK)

I would like to query using the boto module of Dynamo DB in python (http://boto.readthedocs.org/en/latest/dynamodb_tut.html) and would like to fetch the output of following query in json format. Appreciate if someone can help with code snippet
