script not work ==> list separator in region and language

hello,

i have a csharp script, this script get information from csv file, the file contain many information separated with the ";".

on windows 2003, the script work fine
on windows 2008, the script dont work, the only way to get it working is to modify the region and language setting on windows and change the list separator from ";" to "." ==>  why???  my csv file is use the ";" for list separator.

the problem is resolved by set on regional setting the right seperator.
