Script reboot for last weekend of every month?

We have a client that is requesting we reboot their servers overnight during the last weekend of every month.  As that falls on different numbered days every time - what is the best way to accomplish that?

Task Scheduler allows a monthly trigger to be set to "last X" with X = weekday. Use that to run shutdown with the appropriate parameters and you should be good.
