Characteristics of Store-and-forward and Cut-through switching in Cisco networks

On the topic of frame forwarding methods, does the statement "does not forward broadcasts" apply to Store-and-forward or Cut-through switching? What about the statement "may forward runt times", does that apply to Store-and-forward or Cut-through switching??
