Hi,
I did get this
ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://192.168.168.1/RegRec2/?

The following error was encountered:

Connection to 192.168.168.1 Failed
The system returned:

(110) Connection timed out
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

to go to one deployed page, registered within the current Win 2008 server. I'm not sure if this is related to domain or not?

192.168.168.1 would usually be a gateway address, not a server address.  The gateway is the IP address that communicates with the outside world.
