Windows 2012 unable to login

To upgrade DC from Windows 2012 eval to retail, I installed hyperV role and guest VM. Installed ADDS on HV and transfer all FSMO role.
Remove the AD role from host machine after enabling auto start in hyper V guest. Now I am getting "no login services" on Host 2012.
Is there a way to enable login service? Should I check services using psinternal and try enabling it?

I guess I should have changed the DNS address before rebooting server after ADDS removal. Or I need to find a way to use psinternal from another workstation in a workgroup that is connected via same switch, if it works
