How can I find out what the 5 digit door code is for my 2007 Ford Explorer? I don't want to go to my dealer because he wants to charge me several hundred dollars for it.

" I don't want to go to my dealer because he wants to charge me several hundred dollars for it."

I expect the cost not to be several hundred dollars, but about fifty dollars.

If you have the owners manual that came with the car the code is printed in it.

The factory keyless entry code can also be found a sticker on the fuse box under the panel under the steering column to the left side of the pedal.

If you want to watch a youtube video guide then see:

This is video of the Ford Edge but Explorer has the code printed in the same place.
